Shipping & Tracking

Shipping is free on all orders.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use your tracking number to check the status of your order on our Track My Order page.

At this time, we currently ship within Canada only.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@pickler.shop or through our Contact Us page.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.

Step 1: Log into your account using the email from your order. If you checked out as a guest, create an account using the same email address used at checkout.

Step 2: Once logged in, go to Your Orders, select the order you’d like to return, and click Request a return.

Step 3: Choose the item(s) you’d like to return and select a reason for the return, then submit your request.

Step 4: If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label with instructions via email.

Step 5: Package the item securely and drop it off with the carrier listed on the label.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure methods.
