Shipping & Tracking
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–15 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use your tracking number to check the status of your order on our Track My Order page.
At this time, we currently ship within Canada only.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@pickler.shop or through our Contact Us page.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
Email us at support@pickler.shop with your order number and reason for the return or exchange, or reach us through our Contact Us page. Our team will provide step by step instructions.
